Joint Pain is usually associated with arthritis which causes inflammation and stiffness. The less a person moves, the more painful it will become. A sedentary lifestyle will only make this condition worse. Pain is also a feature of joint inflammation (arthritis, such as rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis) and infection, and extremely rarely it can be a cause of cancer of the joint.
