 Studies have shown that the stimulation activities can provide is crucial for our physical, mental and emotional health, plus our memories. Our loved ones need to be stimulated mentally, physically, and socially to maintain healthy and to avoid depression and isolation. There are many programs for senior citizens. In addition to Senior Citizens Centers, there are also Health Food Stores willing to help and many organizations that will help you with transportation and meals. And family members, take the time to share a memory or play a game with your elders, sometimes all they have is memories and you are a part of them.
